Amanda & Chris
Amanda and Chris's wedding was a full-blown military affair, with Amanda's father being a life-long military man and Chris having just returned from serving in Iraq weeks earlier for the wedding. Their reception took place at Farmer's Delight Plantation, which might be my new favorite place to photograph weddings in the greater DC area. A little rain moved everyone into the beautiful plantation house for the last part of the evening, but amazingly the fireworks show that had been planned to close the night still went off without a hitch despite the wet weather.
